Welcome back readers and future mind molders! I wanted to break this up into 3 parts for a better explanation so here is part two! So when teaching in elementary how do yall do reward systems? Seriously let me know in the comments because I think I have a great system and I am curious about what others use. My favorite thing to do for rewarding students is basically giving out my own currency. They are called something different each year because the classroom themes usually change every year. To give an example I used monkey money this year because the school year theme was in the wild. Students can earn it by doing good things in the classroom. Being quiet while working, sharing with students, answering questions, and showing proper hallway behavior can be ways they earn them. Then I have two things they can spend the money on.
