What are you willing to do to educate all children?

Hello there future educators and welcome current ones! l am discussing today what I willing to do and what lengths I am willing to go to help educ ate all children. I first would like to say that while teaching I would like to practice being culturally conscious and show diversity in my lesson plans and classrooms. I think this is a big factor that can get overlooked or pushed to the side because it may be difficult or uncomfortable. I would like to push my classroom out of others comfort zone will also being understanding. This would hopefully create a safe and open environment that all students can thrive in. Now I will move onto what I am willing to do. I think I would do almost anything to help my students be educated. I know it takes time to make every student click on all cylinders but I am willing to work hard. It will also take patience but i am sure I can achieve it! I used to be bad at reading and teachers from my past have helped me succeed in tests and in Tax testing because they took extra time to help me. They would find ways to get me to read and most of the time it was encouragement and incentives. My Mother didn't really help me when it came to studying or school problems. Plus, older sister would always call me dumb and look at me less than because she was in special placement (GT) classes and I wasn't. So all I really needed was good encouragement and to know that someone cared about me. I am willing to do the exact same for any of my students and more in order for them to learn and succeed. What is the most obscured thing a teacher has done for y'all? Let me know!
